- Try re-installing the Agora Launcher via the download link on our website (guaranteeing that your launcher is the most updated version).
- Submit a support ticket (upper right of our help FAQ).
- We may be updating our app. Generally the app is down less than 30 minutes and is done late at night. Please submit a support ticket though.
Other Potential Solutions:
- 1) If you are using a work computer with IT security managed by your company or are on an IT managed company internet network, you may run into issues. The easiest solution would be to use a personal computer and/or non-IT managed network.
