Final Steps: Publish an Experience or Save as a Template

Now that your experience is fully built, how do you Publish the Experience (aka make it accessible by your users) and/or Save the space as a template to use, reuse, remix, as well as share or sell with others to use for their experiences?

Publishing an Experience:

1. First, make sure you saved your creation! To save, click "T" and on the top bar click the "Save" icon.
2. Once it's saved, click "esc" to open your main menu and leave the room. You'll now find yourself on the main menu

3. Click "My Experiences", navigate to the experience you wish to publish and click the pencil icon (edit)

4. Once you're back on the main "Create Experience" page, click Publish in the bottom right corner.

5. You should now receive notice that it was successfully published!

6. To share this experience with others, click "My Experiences" and find the room code for the experience you just created, click the "Share" icon and it will open your Experience Page directly in the browser. Save this link and Share it with your friends, family team members, community members, and more to access your experience!

Saving as a Template:

1. First, make sure you saved your creation! To save, click "T" and on the top bar click the "Save" icon.
2. Once it's saved, click "esc" to open your main menu and leave the room. You'll now find yourself on the main menu

   2. Click "My Experiences", navigate to the creation you wish to save as a template and click the pencil icon (edit)

   3. Once you're back on the main "Create Experience" page, click Templates in the bottom left corner and then click "Save Template"

   4. Once here, type in all of the information related to your template and add the image you took earlier from the space as a header!

   5. Click "Create" and you should receive a success notification

   6. Click the "x" in the top corner of the popup to exit, click "publish", "My Experiences", and then "back" to head back to the main screen
   7. So how do you USE the template you just created?
      1. Click "Create"

      2. Now you'll see the template you just created under "My Templates"
         1. 
      3. Select it. Here, you'll see a bit more information about the template (that you just created!)

      4. To use it, click "Select" and it will bring you to the "Additional Information about your Experience" page
      5. To share or sell this template to others, click the "Share" button in the top right corner

      6. Now, you'll see the "Share Template" popup. You'll see you don't yet have a Share Code to share so click "Regenerate" and it will automatically generate a random Share Code! Click Copy to share it with others who can then use it for their very own custom experiences!
